Motorsports HUB

Motorsports HUB is one of Egypt's largest and most recognized motorsports destinations — an official dealer for Indian Motorcycle and Polaris Slingshot, with a full showroom, service center, academy, WooCommerce shop, and on-site café. When we took over, the site was built on a locked theme the client loved, with custom post types managed through a patchwork of third-party plugins left behind by a previous agency. Starting from scratch wasn't an option. Instead, we audited the entire codebase, identified the performance bottlenecks, and systematically tackled the technical debt without breaking what already existed. JavaScript loading was restructured, images were optimized across the board, and broken archive filters on the motorsports inventory were diagnosed and fixed. The booking system — functional but rigid — was customized to better serve the service center workflow. Load time dropped from 9 seconds to 2. We also took the time to properly onboard the Motorsports HUB team, walking them through the WordPress admin so they could manage inventory, content, events, and product listings independently going forward.
